Bought as Matte Proof coin. Coin has strong Matte characteristics. Mint strike grade by NGC could be another grading mistake! Nor it is clear why there is so low grade MS66 as coin is in Superb Gem or close to Perfect state! Worth to submit to the PCGS for more correct grade! Housed in Scratch Resistant Holder!
