Very rare coin in Choice condition. Amazing toning! No higher graded examples of the type across both services PCGS and NGC! Actually this should be a Specimen Strike with a strong Proof coin characteristics! As coin is housed in an old style PCGS holder it would be interesting one day to submit the coin back to PCGS to Regrade it.
